The payment deadline for Spring 2025 is Jan. 14, 2025, at 6 p.m. See the Academic Calendar for details.
The first day of the spring semester is Jan. 21, 2025.
Faculty and staff need pre-approval to access campus buildings during the winter break.
Faculty and staff must notify the campus police dispatcher (913-469-2500) of their arrival and location on campus in the event of an emergency.

Graduation is the completion of all degree or certificate requirements. Commencement is the ceremony that takes place in May to celebrate the completion of a degree or certificate.
